Rancid Cat Riders

I am sitting here typing this, having been out and about on the bike this morning. Yesterday, I changed the saddle slightly, raising the nose of it so that I didn't feel like I was falling off the front. My lord, what a pain that has been. I suffered with a sore hip all ride, and now it is just plain uncomfortable. I shall be changing it back again before the next ride out.

The ride out to St Martha's was a complete nightmare. There was a Rotary Club sponsored walk going on, and would they move out of the way! They just simply took up the whole width of the trail....

On a plus note, it was a glorious day for kayaking!
